But at some point Altavista and Yahoo! were the huge search players. Microsoft's Bing is definitely much better than Live, but we'll see how they do long-term. I've barely used it but I think it has potential. People love to hate Microsoft and praise Google, but Google needs competition to remain innovative. I've used Bing quite a bit and I really like what they've done.
