		<description>The issue will probably revolve around the implementation of the Lempel Ziv Welsch algorithm used in both pdf and gif as a compression algorithm. This is not open source and owned by compuserve i believe, I would guess that MS aren&#039;t paying the proper royalties to adobe for it&#039;s implementation of the algorithm.
