I had previously tried to install Photoshop using Wine, and it would always open the graphic that says it is loading, but the program would only work the one time and then after that would return errors. So, I gave up and went back to Win (ugh!). I had never heard of Crossover until now, so that is promising. I love the fexibility of the Gnome desktop, so I might try to switch back now. I have also been really impressed with the way that Linux handles Nvidea graphics (if you can get the driver installed).
